George Isaac is the founder of GAI Capital Ltd., a specialty family business consulting practice focusing on business value creation and longevity, succession planning, governance, family dynamics, and wealth management and transfer. Isaac has held roles as a family business CEO, shareholder, director, private equity investor, Deloitte management consulting partner and member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) Family Business and Family Office networks.
As the Gen 3 CEO of his family’s manufacturing business, revenues grew six-fold over eight years. Later, as EVP and board and executive committee member of a public company, he participated in an industry consolidation creating a $1BB+ national operating entity. He has served on fifteen corporate boards including membership on executive, audit, compensation and investment committees for companies ranging in size from $30M to $1BB+. Isaac currently co-manages his Isaac family office, GeoZac Holdings, Ltd. and family foundation. Recently, Isaac served as advisory board chair and senior lecturer at USC’s Family Business Program.
Isaac’s passion is to work with family enterprises to help them successfully continue for multiple generations. Isaac holds an MBA with Distinction in Finance & Accounting and a BS Industrial & Operations Engineering from The University of Michigan.
